#28 Patch for Bibtex-Problems (see details)

This is a small patch for finding the Bibtex-File if it is located within the filesystem e.g.

\\bibliography{c:/mybib}

This does not work in texlipse version 1.2.2 only files within in the project are searched.
maybe this problem hast been also solved by the patch 1984850 i dont realy know.

Another issue was the sorting of references and bibtex-key the sorting was case-sensitive resulting in a wrong order. Here a small example:

1. before patching:

IBM2005
Ibach2007
Ibach2008

2. after patching, right order:

Ibach2007
Ibach2008
IBM2005

I hope this patch helps, ist my second day working and patching texlipse.
