#11 Helper application for enabling Yap's inverse search option

TeXlipseLookup is a helper application that enables
yap's inverse search option. The reason to write this
utility was to avoid the flashing window when you call
the shell script with the java command.

Usage: <complete path>\TeXlipseLookap <tex-file> <line>
