#10 Completion proposals for \include and \includegraphics

Hello,

Attached is a patch that adds CompletionProposals for
\include{} and \includegraphics{}.

For both commands it will give a completion list of
files relative to the project folder on disk.
Furthermore, for supported graphicsformats of SWT, it
will give a thumbnail next to the completion proposal
to help chose the correct images.

This patch is only lightly tested under Linux and most
likely will contain some bugs. However, some people
might find it usefull
