    Hi,

I'm using the package multibib in my document, which is why I need to build my document as follows:
    latex document.tex
    bibtex libA.bib
    bibtex libB.bib
    latex document.tex
    latex document.tex

Is there any way to configure TeXlipse to do this?

    Thanks very much!

I ran into the same problem. For as far as I can tell, there's no decent clean solution (except from kindly asking Boris to please implement multibib support). My dirty workaround is as follows:

    * Create a .bat file (say mybibtex.bat) somewhere in your project directory that contains the lines

    bibtex %1
bibtex <full path to other file to bibtex>

    * In the preferences, set your bibtex executable to the .bat file just created.

That should do the trick (on Windows). Not a very clean solution, but better than the manual one.
