#380 Cursor stops on soft wrapped lines when scrolling downwards

I just upgraded from Mavericks to El Capitan and recognised, that scrolling behaviour changed. In the preferences I checked "Use soft wrapping" which allways worked finde. After the upgrade the cursor now stops at soft wrapped lines when scrolling downwards. Upwards everything is ok.

When I check "Use hard wrapping" everything works fine.
