Hello,

I've just switched to texlipse and really like it. However, there is one problem. The thesis I'm working on has a composite structure. I have a main file called "thesis.tex" and a separate tex file for each chapter.. The chapters are included in the main file using \input, e.g. \input{ch_conclusions.tex}.

The problem is that texlipse reports false warning for all \cite commands in my chapter files. Every single key is reported as undefined. However, there is no such problem with the main tex file. Also I should mention the the documents compiles fine and all the references are correctly numbered and displayed in the pdf.

Thanks, Dmytro
