#1 JXTA Features integration

JXTA should be incorporated as a source of information
and receiver of it.

Source will be implemented in masterAPI and will be
provided in masters to let them advertise their
activity t5o workers.

Receiving of JXTA broadcasts will be built into clients
(workers) and will be active only if the client will be
longtime without jobs from other sources.
