#7 Jini Components Change Status Issue

Whenb space or txn manager goes down,

A JINI origined Exception is thrown at a high rate:

( should remake the isActive system, activity status
will be redestilled from getSpace != null && getTxn !=
Null && getLuukup != null.

Tree Component should also show state of jiniLookup at
the address, its JavaSpaces and Transactioin managers,
and expect that one lookup can have more than one
space/txnmgr.

If a jini component changes statur, it must be
refreshed in the tree.
