#8 Filter UI scales & chords

As the number of chord & scale types grows we should
allow the user to filter the types that appear in a
settings dialogue. We could have standard subgroups
e.g. m, M, d, A, sus2, sus4, 7, M7 as standard then
build complexity up by adding more extensions.
