#499 German language - options having umlaut in their aren't available

Have a look at the pictures: some options aren't available, although the links are existing and accessible using tab or precise mouse movement :)

We do have this problem with Firefox 28/Chromium on Linux and Google Chrome on Windows, so hopefully it's not settings related.

Only links in german, containing umlauts are affected.
