I created a copy of "* SelfAssessment im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen (Version 1.0)", the itemblock "code" had been deactivated in the original test. in the copy it is marked as deactivated as well, BUT USER CAN SEE THOSE ITEMS if they participate.

    When deactivating an Itemblock, only the block was marked as disabled, not the single items included.
    This is now fixed.
    Every item inside a disabled item block is now disabled as well.
