Web-GSoC: Remove Grace note project

Probably we don't have a mentor for this project.

Carl Sorensen doesn't feel ready to be primary mentor,
and I didn't get any feedback from Mike Solomon. I don't
have the impression Mike is available at all this year again.

So I open this patch in order to give anyone a chance to
volunteer as primary mentor for this important project.
