#4942 Documentation: Generate @hyphenation for camel-case words

The documentation contains references to internal section titles like 'UnfoldedRepeatMusic'. Right now, however, I've found a place (section 1.4.1 in NR, 'Long Repeats') where this gets hyphenated as 'Unfolde-dRepeatedMusic' in the PDF, which is extremely ugly.

A solution is to automatically generate a file hyphenation.tely, to be included globally for all documentation files, that contains a @hyphenation command for all camel-case words like 'FooBarBaz' or 'BlipBlupBlop'.
