#16 Open links in new window

1. Create NewCourse
2. Add the Examination
3. In MSWord add the hyper link (like http://www.eleks.com/\)
4. Click on this link on Examination Browser

Link is opened in built-in Examination Browser.
IMO, it would be more comfortable open the link in separate default web-browser window.
