When Launch the CourseEditor.exe on PC where .net Framework v.3.5 doesn't installed, the following message is shown for user (see attached jpeg).
It confuses user.

It would be nice to define the reason, why application cannot be launched and show the prompt:
"FireFly Course Editor cannot be launched on your PC. Please install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 or higher"
