#21 Cannot Rename the files on Course Explorer

1. Create New Course
2. Add the Theory
3. Switch to Course Explorer Tab
4. Right Click on any File in the tree and click Rename
5. Rename the file and click somewhere

Error like this appears:

File "New_Theory_.html" is already exist.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Maybe, 'Rename' option is useless Course Explorer.
