#12 Cannot resize the Label

1. Create New Examination
2. Add label
3. Try to resize it

Cannot resize the label neither using mouse drag nor changing the size in label properties window.
Label is resized when change the font size only.

Labels should not can be resized. They are autosized.

rev. 651 - getting an error if set the label size less then 0. Define the minimum label size to fix this.
