#17 Submitting of indices to the online DB

Once an index is complete, it should be possible to
submit it to the online GCDB. At the moment, the only
way of doing this is to use the online indexing. The
application would have to log in to the OI and fill in all
the fields.

This also means adding a few editable fields to the
program, like for instance KeyDate.
