Initial alpha code published

The first version of TestCpp has just been submitted to SVN. TestCpp was written because of my frustration with the complications and dependencies of other C++ unit testing tools. It is fully contained within two header files and requires no prebuilt library or linking. It also does not make use of the Standard C++ Library, meaning the built executables are have no dependencies other than libc.

I greatly appreciate any feedback, positive or negative.
