#6 Tesseract OCR recogniation issue

Hi all,
we are facing issue in Tesseract OCR(4.00.00) recogniation when doing with some units for example 1,000 m², 3.3 m/s², 6,550 kg/m³. Is there any option to recognize the superscript text with these units? Please suggest some options to read these kind of text
