Lept4J v1.7.0 Release

Lept4J, a Java JNA wrapper for Leptonica Image Processing Library, provides support for Leptonica native types and data structures — such as Pix, Boxa, Pixa, etc. — used in Tesseract OCR API.

This release includes the following improvement:

• Upgrade to Leptonica 1.75.0
