When trying to change the top model in the studio in
order to change the project name (right click -> rename)
the project cannot longer be executed by the
Application Server (missmatch of the names in the other
models).
1) maybe the top model should not ave such option
2) how is it possible to change a project's name?

By default, the embedded application server starts all
applications in which the project name (appearing as the root
of the project in the Repository Explorer) contains a package
with the same name, which contains a System-type model
    with the same name.

When one of the 3 is renamed (in your example, I guess you
renamed the model), the other 2 must be renamed in-tow.

The package may be renamed using the same method you
describe (right-click in the repository explorer)

To rename the project, open the Navigator view (through
Window|Show View|Other...), locate the project and rename
    it's root.
