#38 Validation should verify that no slots are typeless ***216

Validation should verify that all slots have a type defined.
This is especially important for services. Currently
(0.7.5), if a service has type-less triggers or exits, a
NullPointerException occurs.

Specifically for 'Branch', as of November 29th 2005, I
we'll allo exits without a type (as long as the type is
known from the trigger).

This should go out as part of version 0.8.10.
