#37 Check Box display does not implement <On Change> correctly

The Check Box display implements <On Click> but not
<On Change>. This is an exception to the rule in all
other input-type displays (such as Text/Number/Date
Input Field), which do.

Note, that there is one situation where an <On Change>
is activated in a checkbox - following a refresh of the
view containing the (checked) checkbox.
