Repository Explorer: Package refresh problem when a
package and a model have the same name.

Scenario:
- Create a new project 'X'.
- To the default package X, add an action 'A' and a
Package 'A'.
- Drag the default model 'X' into package 'A'.
--> Package 'A' should be refreshed to display the new
content 'X' (but isn't)

If you manually refresh the repository so that X is display in
A, then drag it back from the A package into the X root
package, it's displayed in both packages.
