Limitations on multiple selection behavior in editor
should be imposed. The rule should be that all selected
elements, must be the direct children of the same
parent.
1. When selecting one-by-one (using CTRL), once the
first element has been selected, limit selection to
elements which are it's peers.
2. When selecting using the Marquee tool, the marked
area (i.e the oposing corners defining the area) must lie
in the same element (note that this exludes the case
where one corner lies in an element and the other in it's
child). Selection should apply to the direct children of
the element which lie inside the marked area.
