#28 Display save prompt on close of last editor ***86

When multiple model editors are open for the same
project, and there are changes to the project, the
prompt appears when any of the editors are closed
(even if additional editors for that project are still open),
behavior should be changed so that the user is
prompted to save only when the last open editor is
closed.
The prompt message should refer to the specific project.
