#4 Correction to file and folder names

Sorry...didn't get it quite right in the first entry. On the download page the link looks like a filename but its not and that fooled me...

1) recommend changing it to match the actual file name, or making it look like just a link synonym).
2) The innermost foldername does not contain the date...see the address line in the attached file
