Version 1.0.4 released

Teng library 1.0.4 was released.

Main chages:
- slightly changed teng C++ API (removed datadefinition files)
- added emulation of round() and trunc() functions, so teng can be compiled on FreeBSD 4.8 now
- removed bug in template cache (some templates might not be reread on change)
- and many other minor changes...
