#67 Closed, Service Fee, Awarded and Bordereaux filter: created

Closed, Service Fee, Awarded and Bordereaux filter according to the created date instead of the closed date.

This will result in that some RFQs not displayed when their created date and closed date are not in the same month and different monthly reports are requested.

I.E. Report for January and seperate report for February will not display the RFQs that were requested in January but closed in February.

The other reports must use the created date i.e. audit trail, open as well as grouped reports so that information can be displayed before the RFQ closes.
