#43 authorizationlists table was not created error

Hi, I was installing TEMS application and after deploying the app in WWW folder of WAMP I ran it and gave the database details as requested. The database is created successfully and few tables are generated but at one table installation breaks. I see "authorizationlists table was not created." on the UI.

I have provided write permissions to core/config and logs folder. But I still don't see a database.ini file created. My log is attached.
