I think that will be very useful to have possibility to insert expenses independently from consultant or users. For example expenses for energy of the office or for purchase something...
besides will be useful to have reports (not only weekly but for the whole actual state of a project) of all the expenses (with details of categories).
Partly solved in version 2.1.0. There is a new feature called charges which will cover the first part of this request.
