Due to the inactivity of this ticket and the answer I sent, I will close this ticket for now, I'm assuming your issue is now solved.

This will be added to the upcoming update that will allow a user to specify custom locations to clean.

You can run the installer, specify a folder other than the "Program files" one, and it will extract all files necessary to run Temp_Cleaner GUI into it, all the configuration is stored in Config.ini in the root directory btw and Temp_Cleaner GUI doesn't use registry for anything, it's just the inno setup installer that stores values in the registry for the uninstaller to appear in control panel.

Hello Mark Drummond, I'd like to say thank you so much for reporting this issue to me, I would also like to inform you that I have released a new version of my program with a fix to the issue you are having, now you can set your scaling setting back to what it was before, Just please be sure to Uninstall the current version you have installed of Temp_Cleaner GUI and install this latest version: v6.1-stable: https://sourceforge.net/projects/temp-cleaner-gui/files/temp_cleaner_gui_v6.1-stable_win8to11_amd64_mrx.exe/download...

Hello Mark, I got what's causing this problem, it is because you have the display scaling set to more than 100%, I will be really sorry to tell you that you will have to run this program with display scaling 100% until I work on a fix for this issue, I apologize for this issue and I will be working right away on fixing it. Hi Mark, I am really sorry about the issue you are facing, have you tried restarting the program?, if that doesn't help can you try pressing Ctrl +D to decrease font size as this mostly changes the position of the main buttons, If you have tried any of the following and ended up getting no solution please reply me as soon as possible.
