#4 Tagged text exported cannot be imported correctly without ed

Export the terms into a tagged text file via
Menu -> Administration -> Export
Select XML schema: alphabetical list (txt)
Note that the GUI terminology could be improved here.
If this file is imported into another tematres instance (for migration purposes)
the scope notes are missing.
The exported file uses the string 'Scope note:' while the importer wants to have 'SN:'.
For now I do a find an replace with my text editor, but this should be easy to fix in the tematres export code.
Also I have to remove the header and it would be nice if the importer ignored it.
