#16 Clarify in client how to get updated or additional results

Currently, a user can get the most recent version of a
URL by just searching for it. Also, they can get more
search results by issuing a duplicate search. But this
functionality is not clear; a user might think they are
stuck with a given version of a URL, or that the
results contained are all that will ever be available.

This ticket involves designing a natural interface for
requesting updated or additional results, and then
translating that to a search from the client side.
