#37 Insert more "please wait" messages in client

The "please wait" screen should come up whenever the
client is decompressing results that it just found in
the "incoming" directory. This currently works for
transitions between certain pages (e.g., Search tab and
Queries tab) but it should work after any click that
might trigger the client to decompress results.
