Lucene Index are corrupted or atleast appear to be corrupt if the xmldb index is rebuild from the status page.

Lucene Index was not being destroyed. The FileDatabaseStatusCache was not being updated. It was being over written by new FileData objects.
I am opening this bug again. I saw it reoccur while testing.
