#28 Backup Location Dependence FinalizeWizard

FinalizeWizard will not be able to serialize the file
data if the backup xml file directory is not
contextPath +"/"+"bak/text". This parameter can be
modified by a repository editor using the
xmldatabase-properties file. The default is "bak/text",
thus the bug priority is low.
