I've had no internet connection for the vast majority of today, and
(as soon as I leave here), will not have one again until tomorrow,
and even then only for a few minutes until around 19:00. Meanwhile,
93 pieces of mail have piled up in my inbox, and (of course) more
will arrive tomorrow.

All that to say I probably won't get to your e-mail until tomorrow at
the earliest, more likely several days, given that I'm teaching a
workshop in upstate NY on Wed, Thu, and Fri.

(And this also means I haven't gotten to play w/ TEI Boilderplate,
John. )-:
