#543 Make the content model of occupation more elaborate

In the same use case as the other ticket on occupation, we have structured bios which can be made of more than one paragraphs (sometimes followed by a bibliography). It would thus be good to have the content model of acceptation to be closer to http://www.tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/fr/html/ref-macro.specialPara.html than it is now.

    Council 2015-05-28: This makes sense, but it looks like this might be more generally applied to other elements such as <residence>, <affiliation>, <state> etc. Assign to Fabio to implement for <occupation> immediately; and assigned Syd to raise another ticket for those elements which he finds to be parallel.
