This ticket is related to the single example provided in the TEI Guidelines c. 10 Manuscript Description p. 10 Manuscript Part. The example is about a carolingian multi-volume manuscript the so called “Maurdramnus Bible” (six volumes or fragments survive (Amiens, BM, MS 6; MS 7; MS 9; MS 11; MS 12; BnF, Département des manuscrits, Latin
13174 (fol. 136, 138) - but assumingly not Amiens, BM, MS 3 as mentioned in the example).`

The proposal is to replace the example in the guidelines by a
composite volume like "Brussels, KBR, ms. 10066-77" that - from my point of view - might correspond even better to the definition of <msPart> provided in the Guidlines (English version): "(manuscript part) contains information about an originally distinct manuscript or part of a manuscript, now forming part of a composite manuscript".
