#501 Add notion of model.resourceLike to description of teiHeader
This came up during the Berlin workshop for "standoff annotation":
Since it's (now) totally valid TEI to have no <text> but only model.resourceLike(s) this should be reflected in the description of <teiHeader> which currently reads "supplies the descriptive and declarative information making up an electronic title page prefixed to every TEI-conformant text."
Proposal is to change description to "… making up an electronic title page for every TEI-conformant document."
It just occurs to me that the description of <TEI> is flawed in the same way and that there are passages in the TEI header chapter that may need revision as well …
Makes good sense to me. Suggest you make that change as a starter!
Just made the proposed change as [r12859] which will need further translations.
The other issue will need further investigation …
