The use of <altIdentifier> within <msPart> is deprecated. <msIdentifier> is now allowed within <msPart> and one should use it (and its <altIdentifier> children). This is the result of a discussion generated by FR 3115238

Made a small change in the text to reinforce this point, already made in the tagdoc for msPart, at rev 10516
According to http://www.tei-c.org/Activities/Council/Working/tcw27.xml this is an actual deprecation. However, I can't figure out how to deprecate use of
