This is a placeholder bug to remind Council that there is an open issue with the reliability of, and instructions for, updating the eXist database on which Roma runs; see point 8 in the step-by-step section of the release instructions, TCW 22:

    It's not completely clear to me what needs revision here. We have an update script in place which should work (we ought to ask RV, the last release technician). The reliability of the eXist-db is handled by ticket [feature-requests:#527], I suppose?!
    Happy to take this ticket over, though ;)
