#681 Datatype change for att.typed

The datatype of attribute class att.typed (@type and @subtype) should be changed to data.word because it's current datatype (data.enumerated = data.name = xsd:Name) is overly restrictive. Council decided on its last day at Duke to accept the proposal and change data.enumerated to data.word. The examples are convincing … The related ticket [bugs:#647] needs more discussion, though.

This I think broke the P5-Test build because of detest.log, so I've fixed that in [r13072].
