Syntax of titles of ISO specs is inconsistent. E.g., use of hyphen,
double hyphen, en dash, and em dash; use of year portion of standard
number.

Here are the 5 "title" elements that have the string "ISO".

<title>ANSI/NISO Z39.29: Bibliographic References</title>

<title level="m">ISO 690:1987: Information and documentation – Bibliographic references – Content, form and structure </title>

<title>ISO 690:1987: Information and documentation – Bibliographic references – Content, form and structure</title>

<title>ISO 12620:2009: Terminology and other language and content resources – Specification of data categories and management of a Data Category Registry for language resources</title>

<title>ISO 19757-3:2006: Information technology -- Document Schema Definition Languages (DSDL) – Part 3: Rule-based validation – Schematron</title>

<title>ANSI/NISO Z39.29 – 2005 (R2010) Bibliographic References</title>

The only thing that looks inconsistent here to me is the use of double hyphen rather than emdash in the DSDL reference and the incomplete title for Z39.29. Have fixed both at revn 13015
