#656 <person> example missing name

Syd Bauman

The example of <person> in the <state> tagdoc does not have any name or other indication of who the person is, just a <state>. It should have either an identifier of some sort (say, a <persName>) or an ellipsis in a comment indicating that some elements have been elided.

Actually there is no need for the <person> element to be there at all, since this is an example of <state> ... so I have removed it. I also took the opportunity to tidy up the French examples which were slightly nonsensical.

Too bad. I thought having an example with some context (like the following example) was a good idea.

After all, there is nothing in the tagdoc to suggest that <state> belongs in a <person>, <place>, or <org>. Because it is (through model.placeStateLike) a member of model.nameLike it can go most anywhere. (A situation I have to admit I don’t understand.)
