Ron Van den Branden reports:
When trying to create a new TEI P5 document in Oxygen (version 15.0, build 2013071613), I noticed TEI P5 isn't listed in the available document types. I have followed the instructions at http://tei-l.970651.n3.nabble.com/automated-upgrade-to-TEI-framework-in-oXygen-td4023241.html (note: apart from a note in the TEI XSLT stylesheets documentation this is the only pointer I could find to installation notes for the TEI Oxygen framework), and currently have version 1.2.7 of the TEI framework loaded in Oxygen.
Also, Oxygen can't validate documents that just contain a TEI P5 namespace (which happens automatically by grace of the TEI P5 document association which is present in Oxygen). Instead, a validation error is thrown, stating that the schema is not found at
On closer inspection, the fault seems to lie with the zip file referenced in http://www.tei-c.org/release/oxygen/updateSite.oxygen. Whereas older versions of the TEI Framework had tei\xml\tei\custom\schema and tei\xml\tei\custom\odd folders, the current version at https://oxygen-tei.googlecode.com/files/tei-2.5.0-7.1.0.zip only contains an empty tei\xml\tei\custom\templates folder.
So, unless those folders have been removed intentionally, the latest zip file of the TEI framework at https://oxygen-tei.googlecode.com/files/tei-2.5.0-7.1.0.zip seems to be incomplete?
Confirmed on a fresh install of Oxygen 15.0 and a fresh install of the add-on.
