#591 Missing class attribute in some `<span>`-tags after transformation from TEI to HTML

I found certain tags for which a rend attribute in the TEI XML file was not transformed to a class attribute in the respective HTML5 file. I used the current default SVN TEI style sheets for the TEI to HTML transformation of two weeks ago.
<label rend="parID">some text</label> at the beginning of a paragraph without a following <item> was translated to some text without a respective <span> tags around. The same situation can be found with <biblScope>.
<title level="m" rend="special-title">a title</title> is translated to <q class="titlem">a title</q>. The presence of the @rend is ignored. A similar situation occurs with notes. The presence of a @rend has no impact on the class in the respective <span> tag in HTML5.

thanks for those. I have made changes to the code on Github to cater for these situations. please let me know if you find more!

There is also a problem with <salute> in the opener. The TEI <salute rend="Salutation">Dear friends,</salute> becomes in HTML5 <div class="left">Dear friends,</div> using the current GIT master version.

<salute> is now being processed in a more standard way, which means that the @rend processing should work as expected
