#587 Guidelines version info on pages should link better
The version information at the bottom of the TEI Guidelines pages currently links to "Future Developments" (AB.html#ABTEI4), but this might be confusing to the user because the discussion of version info doesn't occur until the second para, and isn't covered in the title. Suggest changing the heading to "Future Developments and Version Numbers. Syd suggests the word "Version" should be linked there, and the numbers themselves should be linked to the release notes in the readme.
I'd agree that the numbers should link to the release notes; Another potential location for the 'Version' word is to link to http://www.tei-c.org/Guidelines/P5/index.xml#previous
I'll investigate whether we can easily link the version number to the release notes. Agree that changing the section title is good. Assigning to me and setting as GREEN
